We were sitting around one day and we were looking for costumes and props for an upcoming convention. We didn't want to wait until the convention to find these people so we looked online. There is no rhyme or reason to the sites out there. Sites and businesses all over but no real easy way to find them. We decided that we should start a site that would organize these listings and give these types a business a connecting point to the potential customers that are out there like us. So we created Get In Character.

So now we have created a site that will be a resource for all costumers from all over.

We have friends that love costuming, I am a collector of movie models & props, my parter dresses up as a Klingon at conventions occasionally, so we understand what it is to be passionate about costuming. That is the reason that we have done this site. Our goal is to make this the best site for costumers and collectors alike from around the world.
